  • 5x Follow-up sessions (45 min): one per minth to track progression, adjust your plan, and go deeper

  • Functional blood test review (if available): we look beyond “normal” ranges and explore the deeper story behind your results

  • Personalised anti-inflammatory nutrition plan & recipes based on your symptoms, food preferences, and health priorities

  • Ongoing supplement protocol updates: tailored support with high-quality, targeted supplements

  • Weekly support via email or whatsapp texts/voice notes so you never feel alone between sessions

  • Symptom & cycle tracking tools: clear, beautifully designed resources to help you take ownership of your health

  • Lifestyle suggestions & breathwork excercise to support your nervous system
